Which charger brands work with the platform?
Any charger that supports OCPP 1.6J over WebSocket. We have run sessions against Delta, Kempower, Alfen, Wallbox, and several Asian OEM brands. If it speaks OCPP 1.6, it will connect.
Do you support OCPP 2.0.1?
Our production platform runs OCPP 1.6J today. OCPP 2.0.1 — adding Plug & Charge (ISO 15118), richer smart-charging profiles, and stronger security — is available as an upgrade path for new deployments.
Can the platform handle multiple operators?
Yes. The Platform tier supports multiple CPOs on a single deployment with strict data isolation — each operator sees only their own stations, sessions, and revenue.
What happens if a site loses internet?
OCPP-compliant chargers let authorized local sessions continue using cached RFID data and resync transactions when connectivity returns. For unreliable sites we can deploy a local CSMS proxy.
How long does deployment take?
A hosted onboarding for up to 20 chargers takes 1–2 weeks. A full custom, white-label deployment with payment integration typically runs 4–8 weeks depending on scope.
Does it meet Thailand's EV incentive reporting requirements?
Yes. The platform records energy delivered per session, charger ID, and timestamps — the data operators need for reporting under Thailand's EV promotion policy. We tailor exports to your specific reporting needs during scoping.
