Factories, warehouses, and recycling businesses deal with one common challenge: scrap management. Every month, tons of recyclable materials—metals, plastics, paper, electronics—are left waiting to be collected, weighed, and processed. But today’s scrap pickup process is often messy: too many phone calls, missing paperwork, delayed payouts, and no clear visibility for factory officers or recyclers.
We believe there’s a better way. That’s why we’re building a Recycle Management System, designed to make scrap collection, bidding, and payouts smooth and transparent.
Two Ways to Sell Your Scrap
We’ve designed two simple paths for factories to manage their scrap:
1. Fast Path – Request Pickup
For factories that just want the fastest, no-hassle experience:

- Open the “Sell Scrap” form
- Enter material details, quantity, upload photos, choose pickup time
- Our system automatically creates a pickup order and assigns a driver
- Materials are weighed at the station
- An invoice or payout is issued instantly
✅ Best for: Factories that want speed, convenience, and guaranteed pickup.
2. Marketplace Path – Get Bids
For factories that want the best possible price through competition:

- List your scrap with title, photos, reserve price, and auction end time
- Recyclers place their bids (public or invite-only)
- At the end of the listing, the winning bid is awarded
- Our system creates a pickup order from the awarded recycler
- Materials are weighed, invoice/payout is generated
✅ Best for: Factories that want maximum value from their scrap.
Why This Matters
- Transparency: Every pickup and every bid is tracked digitally—no lost papers.
- Fair Pricing: Factories can choose between quick convenience or open bidding.
- Efficiency: Automated scheduling, invoicing, and payout reduce admin work.
- Trust: Both sides (factory and recycler) see the same verified weight ticket and invoice.
Who Will Benefit?
- Factories: Faster scrap clearance, clean records, and flexible selling options.
- Recyclers: Access to new scrap sources, fair bidding, and smooth logistics.
- Drivers: Clear schedules, digital pickup orders, less confusion.
